Job Summary:

We currently have vacancy for Senior Civil Drafter to be based at our Bukit Jalil City, Kuala Lumpur office.

 

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and update 2D civil general arrangement for earthwork, road and drainage, sewerage and water supply drawings.
  • Ability to draft civil details and cut section for earthwork, road and drainage, road alignment, sewerage and water supply
  • Ability to prepare, revises, and updates shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings in 2D format.
  • Ability to perform cut and fill, using Civil 3D. Ability to perform swept path analysis, road alignment and infra works using Civil 3D would be an advantages.
  • Ability to perform structural drafting would be an advantage. However, civil drafter must have basic knowledge for structural element i.e. retaining wall, simple beam, column and slab details drafting.

 

Requirements:

  • Good civil engineering knowledge.
  • Good communication skills and attitude to liaise with both internal and external project team regarding drawings and Revit input.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to junior drafter assigned to the project if any.
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines when necessary
