Job description:

Use your strong administration and client service skills in a dynamic Human Resources team supporting 340+ employees.

About you

You will have good attention to detail, skills in administration, coordination and prioritisation, and successfully apply these within a dynamic HR team.  Treasury is a small agency with broad HR roles enabling you to build capability across a broad range of operational HR activities.

Our ideal candidate will have on‑the‑job HR experience and be looking for a full-time role. Experience in a similar, fast-paced working environment such as administration or client service will be highly regarded. This may also be a good opportunity for a HR graduate with some administrative / HR work experience to broaden their repertoire.

Ideally you will have an aptitude for digital technology to make our processes more efficient and contemporary.

Our team is focused on continual improvement and growth. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills, apply your new knowledge and support the development of others.

We encourage applications from a diverse range of people. We want candidates to reach their full potential in interview and recruitment activities, which is why we make reasonable adjustments to our recruitment process to enable people with disability, illness, and injury to fully participate. Please tell us what supports or adjustments you need to fully participate in the process.
