Provide the financial aid staff with administrative assistance. Individuals in this position will be required to provide a high level of customer service to students and families who visit the office.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include greeting office walk-ins, data entry, filing, copying, mailing, sorting incoming mail, and other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience is preferred for this position. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
