This full-time, non-exempt staff position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the academic excellence and cutting-edge research endeavors of the College of Arts & Sciences.
As the Graduate and Research Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of the Office of Research and Graduate Programs, as well as the CAS Research Centers and Institutes. With a wide range of responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Graduate Programs and Research Initiatives, the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, the Graduate Recruitment/Communications Manager, and the Graduate Student Support Specialist.
To excel in this role, you should possess:

An Associate or Vocational/Technical Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Public Admin, or a related field

Five to eight years of related work experience

Excellent computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Google Drive, presentation programs, graphics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of customer service

Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Organizational and time management skills

Ability to multi-task

This position is a Grade: 8 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $43,290-$51,960. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. Some evening or weekend hours may be required during peak times.
