As the Head Coach, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of the women's tennis program, guiding student-athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the court. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruitment, student-athlete development, program administration, and advancement
• Providing sport-specific coaching and training to enhance the team's performance
• Recruiting talented student-athletes who align with the University's academic and athletic standards
• Promoting academic success and personal growth among student-athletes
• Managing program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with University, Patriot League, and NCAA regulations
• Fostering a positive team culture and upholding the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• One to three years of related work experience
• NCAA Certification required
• CPR/First Aid required
• Experience as a student-athlete
• Proven track record of successful coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop student-athletes
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to academic excellence and student-athlete development
• Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations

This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community.
