As a Program Manager (Position Number S79690), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our renowned Iacocca Institute. Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a portfolio of programs and initiatives that foster global understanding and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives
• Engage as a member of the Institute's operations team, attending meetings and contributing valuable expertise
• Collaborate closely with Program Directors and the Executive Director to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing adaptability and thriving in a dynamic environment
• Support broader Institute initiatives, fostering global understanding and collaboration

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. This position is funded by soft dollars; there is no severance associated with this position. This position works with minors and is responsible for driving University-owned vehicles as a routine function, therefore a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record is required.
