Lehigh University is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Coordinator (Position S78990) to provide exceptional administrative support to the College of Business department. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operations of the department, supporting both faculty members and students.

As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, including:

- Efficiently managing Banner accounts, accounts payable, purchase orders, and reimbursement requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assisting students with registration inquiries, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
- Collaborating closely with the Department Chair and faculty members, anticipating their administrative needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Serving as a liaison between the department and other university offices, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

To excel in this role, you will need a High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience (Associates Degree preferred), three to five years of related work experience, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential as you will interact with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff.

This position is a Grade: 7 - 37.5, offering an approximate salary of $36,090-$43,330. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community.
