We are searching for a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our Human Resources Shared Services Team. The Shared Services Core focuses on providing cost effective, operational and transactional services through a standardized model. We offer in-depth subject matter expertise and knowledge to ensure compliance with University policies. Reporting to the Directors and Managers of Human Resources and Faculty Affairs, the Senior HR Generalist will perform human resources-related duties at an independent professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, and affirmative action and employment equity programs. Working with partners across the organization the incumbent will be the lead administrative person involved in the onboarding process. These partners include the Office of Faculty Affairs, the Human Resources office, Payroll and International and Immigration Affairs as well as the Medical Staff Office at New York Presbyterian Hospital. |
