Columbia Business School seeks an individual to serve as Senior Associate Director in the Office of the Vice Dean for Research. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Associate Director is responsible for the administrative and personnel management of research initiatives at the School, including the Predoctoral Fellowships, Summer Research Internships, and Columbia Undergraduate Business Scholars program. The candidate will provide leadership and accountability for shared central oversight of research and technical staff members who are working for faculty within individual centers, divisions and programs. The candidate will collaborate with the School’s Information Technology Group, especially with regard to the computational requirements of research projects. This individual will manage the recruiting efforts for Research Assistants across the School.
