Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our property and real estate division, Urbex based in Manly. As a marketing assistant you will support various marketing activities, including administration tasks, database management, data analysis, event coordination, and assist with online content updates. In this role you will assist with: 

• Coordinating with development and delivery of project builder and community events. 
• Assisting in general marketing and accounts requirements as required by the Urbex team.
• Assisting in land release material creation when required.
• Providing online digital assistance with house/land packages, maintaining digital photo library and online digital content. 

You may also have the following additional desirable skills:

• Undergoing or completed a tertiary degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Interest to learn and develop your professional skills in a supportive learning environment with strong leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• An interest in real estate.
• Creative with experience using Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and IT savy is advantageous.
