About the role:

The Integration Developer plays a key role in supporting the integration of IT systems and applications across the organisation. This position involves assisting with the design and implementation of integration solutions to enable seamless data exchange and functionality between various systems. The Integration Developer collaborates with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, assists with implementing integration processes, and helps resolve technical issues to ensure effective outcomes.

As a Integration Developer you will:

  • Support the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions for complex IT systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality across various platforms. Support the team in the deployment and maintenance of integration solutions.
  • Undertake and provide advice on configurations, technical designs, development, testing, and upgrades of enterprise integrations built and/or supported by the Applications and Integration team that aligns to all relevant policies and the strategic direction of the University.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their integration needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with both technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Support the configuration and test integration solutions to ensure proper functionality and compliance with organisational and technical standards. Provide support during deployment, working to resolve issues and ensure a smooth go-live process.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues. Provide technical support to ensure the successful integration of systems and applications, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

 

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and able to identify, advocate and deliver quality integration solutions.
  • Demonstrated integration experience across multiple cloud platforms, with a record of contributing to successful project outcomes.
