The Community Development Manager is responsible for recruiting new retail and retention strategies for current businesses (in collaboration with other entities) in the City of Brownsville. The Community Development Manager will represent the City of Brownsville as a liaison with local and regional economic development entities, including ICSC, Type A and Type B economic development corporations.
