User Acceptance Test (UAT) Coordinator
The UAT Test Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the User Acceptance Testing process. This position entails the development and management of User Acceptance Test Plans and their execution. The main responsibility will be to assist business users throughout the user acceptance and integration testing phases of Symbion Projects.

The opportunity:
EBOS is seeking a UAT Team Leader who possesses expertise in SAP Modules and has a proven track record in managing substantial changes to business processes and associated IT systems, ensuring that the new processes effectively meet their intended objectives. Candidates with demonstrated experience in testing significant modifications to roles, processes, and IT systems will be highly regarded. This position will concentrate on the business implementation and transformation of ERP systems. The role is located at the Docklands office and offers hybrid working arrangements.
What you will do:
UAT Testing Analysis Planning & Monitoring
Plan the approach to testing for Symbion Projects.
Update existing User Acceptance Test Scripts and schedules
Plan and co-ordinate testing activities with Business test analysts.
Manage Defects (recording, classification, tracking, closure)
Testing Co-ordinator & Communication
Plan and manage the assignment of UAT resources.
Develop and maintain a process for the management of UAT testing.
Oversee the implementation of quality testing strategies, plans, test cases, and test summary reports that will facilitate the quality assurance of projects and releases.
Work with the Project Test Manager in the development of traceability for all requirements as required by each feature.
Ensure that test artefacts approved by all key stakeholders.

Responsible for continuing own professional development.
Work flexibly and supportively with colleagues both within own group and outside to ensure that the UAT function overall operates in a smooth manner.
Provide professional and ethical behavior in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, and internal operating policies and procedures
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of the Symbion Health & Safety Policy, procedures and legislation. Take reasonable care for own health & safety, as well as that of others
What we are looking for:
It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience:
At least 2 years’ experience as a UAT Test lead/Co-ordination (Must Have)
Proven Experience in Testing ERP system like SAP and strong understanding of ERP modules and functionalities. (Must Have)
Hands on experience with testing tools like Azure Devops.
Experience developing UAT frameworks (processes, tools, and templates) for testing activities.
Experience coaching and mentoring business test analysts.
Detailed understanding of testing methodologies and techniques, including system, regression, SIT, End to End Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Thorough understanding of testing benchmarking and metrics.
The ability to influence change, a proven history of a strategic approach is essential to the success of the role.
Understanding of key business functions in the health/pharmacy and/or distribution industry and the associated supporting technologies.
