Automation Test Lead
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an automation test lead to take charge of the automation framework and provide support for existing tools such as Tosca.

The opportunity:
EBOS Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Lead to take ownership of our existing automation framework and drive automation initiatives for new and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, and a passion for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions
What you will do:
Framework Ownership & Enhancement:
Assume complete responsibility for the current Tosca automation framework, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
Continuously refine and upgrade the framework to adapt to changing business and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and alignment with the organization's testing standards.
Project Delivery:
Collaborate with project teams to strategize and implement automation approaches for both new and ongoing initiatives.
Create and sustain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing utilizing Tosca.
Integrate the automation framework with CI/CD pipelines to facilitate smooth execution and reporting.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Train and mentor Quality Analysts and engineers, offering technical support and encouraging professional development.
Partner closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to comprehend requirements and guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
Organise knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage the adoption of automation best practices.
Reporting & Metrics:
Produce and share automation progress and defect reports with stakeholders.
Monitor key metrics such as test coverage, execution time, and defect detection rates to evaluate the effectiveness of automation.
Tool & Technology Management:
Keep abreast of Automation tools and features and the latest trends in test automation.
Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
What we are looking for :
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Over 5 years of experience in automation testing, including at least 3 years with Tricentis Tosca.
Demonstrated expertise in the design, implementation, and management of test automation frameworks.
In-depth understanding of test design, execution, and defect tracking methodologies.
Experience in integrating Tosca with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
ISTQB certification or similar testing credentials are advantageous.
