This business coordinator role is crucial to the success of LCRA's fleet team, ranked in the TOP 50 leading fleet teams in the country! You will be trusted to:

- Perform analysis and/or research in support of business operations.
- Coordinate with other departments and serves as a primary point of contact for inter-departmental activities.
- Coordinate and schedules external and internal meetings, training activities, and seminars, to include the possibility of meal coordination, pick-up, and set-up.
- May make travel arrangements for department staff, including transportation and hotel arrangements, as directed.
- Monitor and maintains department records such as budgets, work plans, schedules, and projects.
- Prepare, type, and process forms such as those needed for office supplies, expense reports, time sheets, Procards, and other department-related forms.
- Respond to requests for information concerning department operations and/or refers requests to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain information and stores and uses data through various software programs, spreadsheets and databases.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of administrative, business, operations, or other relevant experience. A degree in a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s license for departments where independent travel is required.
- For incumbents supporting Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) systems or requiring unescorted physical access to CJIS areas:
- Pass the CJIS fingerprint-based background investigation according to the State of Texas standards
- Maintain currency with all CJIS training requirements
