LCRA is seeking a Dam & Hydro Sr. Operations & Business Analyst responsible for coordinating day to day operational activities at all six Highland Lake dams and associated facilities! This is a phenomenal opportunity to enhance the quality of life of Texans through water stewardship, energy, and community service. You will be a key contributor ing optimizing and ensuring safe, cost effective, and efficient operations of our critical infrastructure, by improving communication and coordination; and by building or improving business processes and procedures. You will be trusted to:
- Assist management with strategic operational analysis and strategies to improve operational efficiency and communication. - Develop and implement operating plans, goals, objectives, priorities and procedures that are in alignment with the established strategic goals and objectives of the department by senior management. - Ensure appropriate records are maintained for budget requirements, management systems, policies and procedures. - Apply creative problem-solving skills to strategic issues. - Develop and maintain relationships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

You qualify with:
- Nine or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience. - A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
