LCRA Transmission Services Corporation is looking for a summer intern seeking to help LCRA enhance the lives of Texans by helping us to continue to mature our Transmission Resilience Program.

You will be trusted to:

- Assist and support LCRA Transmission Resilience Program Manager in executing our resilience strategy
- Help improve the resilience Common Operation Picture tool utilizing Power BI and Oracle BI tools
- Help coordinate and plan annual Transmission Resilience Summit, Drills + Exercises, and Training
- Collaborate with Transmission and other LCRA Business units to create and improve emergency management, Business continuity, and resilience processes and procedures
- Explore and assist in the implementation of tools and technologies to support existing resilience processes, procedures, and programs
- Participate in Industry Engagement and Research groups to inform our resilience strategy and roadmap
- Support compliance + regulatory reporting requirements

You qualify with:

- Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program in senior year or has recently completed senior year (i.e., summer after graduating with a bachelor’s degree).

You are a great fit with:

- College Junior or Senior with course work on degree plan in Engineering, Science, Business, Management, Emergency Management, Communications, or other related fields.
