Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. At LCRA, we are seeking a driven Construction Coordinator II! As a Construction Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of project coordination and contribute to successful project outcomes. You will be trusted to:

- Provide construction management, contract adherence and inspection services.
- Provide oversight of multiple contractors on a daily basis, verify they adhere to LCRA policy and general safety guidelines
- Provide technical assistance and information to LCRA engineers, managers, and other personnel in planning, scheduling and preparing cost estimates for various construction or project field activities.
- Inspect and document installation work performed. Make decisions to either accept or reject completed installations. Specify deficient items which require additional work in order to comply with specifications and contract provisions.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of experience in construction trades, industrial maintenance, or construction project management, including some experience monitoring contract labor and projects to ensure compliance with contract specifications, building codes and safety regulations or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in construction, industrial maintenance, project management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.  
- Driver's license

- Experience in power plant operations
- Experience in establishing concrete, actionable work plans from ambiguous information and directives
- Experience in planning, scheduling, prioritizing and coordinating work within assigned work area
- Experience in task planning within the Maintenance Management system, Maximo
- Ability to balance competing and high priority work demands
