LCRA’s Microsoft Applications Administration team is looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Power Platform developer to assist with building enterprise solutions leveraging the Power Platform. These solutions may include Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

You will be trusted to:

- Independently consult with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to business needs leveraging Power Platform services
- Independently gather requirements and write customer stories
- Provide support for Power BI workspaces, reports and dashboards
- Stay current with emerging Power Platform-related trends and features
- Participate in change management lifecycle, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify the organization's Power Platform needs, solution design, build, deploy, and support.
- Mentor junior staff

You qualify with:

- Twelve or more years of experience in providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration and support for software applications or relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science, information technology or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact at all levels of the is a plus organization and tailor messages appropriately
- Ability to articulate requirements to both technical and business audiences
- Strong ability to represent and organize documentation
- Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Power Platform development experience, including:
- Power BI: Data modeling experience (across various data sources and APIs, Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M), Experience in creating both interactive dashboards and reports
- Power Automate: Experience in creating complex cloud and desktop flows integrating with power platform products as well as external services, Expert in using APIs, web services, connectors in Power Platform.
- Power Apps: Experience developing optimized applications (both mobile/desktop), Experience with connecting and working with various data sources/connectors
- Dataverse: Experience in leveraging dataverse across the Power Platform, Experience with DevOps/ALM, Experience with Power Platform administration, Experience with the Power Platform environments and services, Experience developing semantic data models that can be leveraged by Power Platform suite of products, Strong .NET and JavaScript skills.
