The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, possess a curious nature, and have a strong customer service mindset. This role involves providing feedback on the development and implementation of settlement equations to improve long-term competitiveness and uphold LCRA's standard of excellence. Responsibilities include performing routine analyses, reporting, billing for ERCOT settlement transactions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and protocols.

In this position, you will take ownership and pride in your work, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate products for both internal and external customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with recommending best practices for business improvement initiatives.
