We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable assistant coach to help lead a competitive women’s softball program rooted in integrity, discipline, and student success. In this role, you'll collaborate with the head coach to develop strategic game plans, lead practices, recruit top talent, and promote academic achievement among student-athletes. You’ll play a key part in shaping a culture that values safety, sportsmanship, and personal development - while ensuring compliance with all institutional and governing body regulations.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of softball, a strong ability to mentor and motivate, and the organizational and communication skills to manage a busy, team-oriented environment. You should be confident coordinating travel, supporting fundraising and alumni outreach, and maintaining facilities and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, OR an Associate’s degree and minimum two years of related coaching experience required.
Required License and/or Certifications:
Current CPR/First Aid Certification (may be obtained after hire)
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background check and proof of degree if required for this position.
