Play a vital role in preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals as a Clinical Placement Coordinator. In this position, you’ll support Health Professions and Nursing programs by coordinating clinical placements and ensuring students are fully prepared for hands-on learning experiences in healthcare settings.

You’ll manage the onboarding process for students, scheduling and facilitating orientations, trainings, and clinical clearances. You’ll track and maintain accurate student records, ensuring all requirements - such as immunizations, certifications, and background checks - are completed on time and meet compliance standards. You’ll also help maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare agencies, assist with site visits, track contracts, and contribute to outreach, reporting, and long-term planning efforts.

This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare partners, faculty, and students.
