Executive Assistant

Under general supervision, this position coordinates major departmental functions such as activities between the department and other departments, agencies or the general public. This position coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative support activities for a Vice President and applies knowledge of supervisor’s work commitments including status of projects and nature of contacts. Assignments are generally confidential in nature. May serve on a variety of committees in a support capacity. The duties for the Executive Assistant are distinguished from those described for the Administrative Assistant and Senior Administrative Assistant positions by authority and responsibility levels and require stronger work experience, problem solving, authority to carry out tasks and duties independently and responsibility for outcomes within each function. Classroom Assistant

The purpose of this position is to maintain and operate a developmentally appropriate classroom in accordance with the policies and philosophies of the NIC Children's Center.
