The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and manage the Education and Student Services portfolio for the School of Business at Monash University Malaysia. The role encompasses three integrated teams: Education Services, Student Experience, and Student Programs and Partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, student-centred services across the full academic lifecycle, including curriculum administration, assessment governance, student progression, mobility and experiential learning programs, and student engagement initiatives.

The position combines operational leadership with strategic oversight, providing guidance to team members, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with University policies and professional standards. You will work closely with academic leadership, central University divisions, and international colleagues to ensure education and student services initiatives are aligned with School and University priorities and support the effective delivery of academic programs and student services.

Reporting Line: The position reports to the Senior School Manager.
