The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Campus Experience provides leadership in the coordination, planning and delivery of campus-wide programs, events and initiatives that enhance student experience and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive campus culture across the student lifecycle.
The role serves as a key liaison between the University and internal and external stakeholders, working closely with schools, administrative units and student groups to implement co-designed extra-curricular and non-academic experiences that strengthen belonging and connection within the Monash community.
Operating with a high degree of judgement and initiative, the role provides strategic and operational advice to staff and students, ensures alignment with University policies and procedures, and leads a team that collaborates with international campuses to build a consistent and shared Monash experience.
The position will work in collaboration with students, staff and external stakeholders that are consistent with the University’s policies and procedures and guidelines.
