In the role of Officer you will join a Trade Finance Operations team that’s doubling down on moving with speed by processing transactions for our export customers involving Export Documentary Letters of Credit and collections.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Put customers at the centre by guiding them through Letters of Credit with clarity and care.
  • Check documents thoroughly and flag issues early to keep things moving.
  • Help customers understand trade processes and keep their transactions on track.
  • Build trusted relationships with our Queensland based customers.
  • Own each transaction from start to finish to get it right for our customers.

***Due to the requirement to handle original shipping documents, this role requires office attendance. *** 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Ideally you will have current experience in International Trade and transaction processing skills, particularly Export trade documentation and Letters of Credit, with an understanding and application of International Rules governed by the International Chamber of Commerce, in particular Uniform Rules for Collection (URC 522) and Uniform Customs and Practice For Documentary Credits (UCP 600).
  • Holding a CDCS qualification is considered an advantage but not essential. 
  • To be passionate about customer service and driven by completing accurate transactions within set timeframes and have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
