In the role of Senior Associate Risk Performance, you will join the Risk Performance team that’s doubling down on ensuring our risk management strategies prioritise customer needs, aligning the bank’s decisions and operations with our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support the risk function in identifying and managing risks through robust analytics and insights.
• Deliver timely insights into the hands of decision makers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the development of insights.
• Ensure appropriate controls are implemented on data activities.
• Guide the development of data structures and visualisation tools on Risk Content Zone (RCZ).
• Focus on improvement to processes and insights capabilities.
• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

• Previous experience working in financial services in analytics and insights roles.
• Strong analytical and technical capability with close attention to details.
• Problem solving skills with strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of core credit risk principles and Lending space preferred.
