Your Role: As a Community Support Worker, you will be essential in delivering high-quality, personalised care. You will provide vital services including:

  • Personal Care: Assistance with grooming and daily activities.
  • Household Support: Tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and minor gardening.
  • Social Support: Providing transport, shopping assistance, and engagement in day centre activities.
  • Health Support: Helping with mobility, therapy services, and medication under clinical guidance.

  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check 
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
