WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?   

This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and support the delivery of recovery-oriented mental health services within a multidisciplinary team. Working under clinical supervision, you will provide practical, non-clinical psychosocial support across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.

You will assist consumers to understand recovery and rehabilitation and help them achieve their individual goals through day-to-day support aligned with their care plans.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?   

You will……….   

  • Support consumers to build independence, manage daily living skills, and progress recovery goals including housing, education, relationships, health and financial stability.
  • Assist with transitions between care settings and support engagement in community activities, programs and services.
  • Provide practical support such as completing applications, securing accommodation, and addressing legal, financial, and wellbeing needs.
  • Monitor and report consumer progress, maintain case notes, and contribute to effective multidisciplinary team collaboration.
  • Promote high-quality, recovery-oriented care through continuous improvement, professional development, and adherence to mental health standards.
  • Deliver culturally safe services while maintaining workplace safety, compliance, and a supportive, respectful environment.
