The Workforce Scheduler, reporting to the Workforce Senior Advisor, is responsible for monitoring and updating published rosters across The Star Sydney’s business units to ensure alignment with company policies and business goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.

A few of your responsibilities  

• Adjust rosters daily to meet staffing needs while ensuring compliance with agreements, policies, and budget
• Source overtime coverage based on operational demand
• Action all inbox and message requests daily
• Prepare accurate time files for payroll processing
• Deliver high-quality service on rostering, payroll, and policy queries

What we are looking for 

• Experience in large-scale hospitality or similar industries
• Skilled in high-volume rostering and resourcing
• Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
