About Your New Role:
We're looking for a Territory Manager to take the lead in the Kemps Creek area of Sydney! In this role, you'll build, strengthen, and grow relationships within the construction and demolition industry. You'll be at the forefront of driving business growth, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and championing our sustainable waste management solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in face-to-face new business development activities to expand our client base.
- Cultivating strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Crafting and executing sales strategies that propel sales growth and market penetration.
- Delivering timely and accurate reports on business activities within your territory.
- Maintaining client details and effectively following up on leads using our CRM system (Salesforce).
Your Skills and Experience:
We’re looking for an energetic and results-focused sales professional who thrives on building relationships and exceeding targets. While industry experience is a plus, we value people with the right mindset and passion for sales.

- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- A proven track record in sales, consistently exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to support on-the-road client engagement.

- A proactive, energetic approach, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build lasting client relationships.
