The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Team Leader to join our Industrial Services team based in Nhulunbuy, NT. This role is responsible for overseeing a range of industrial services while leading a team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for our clients. Competitive pay with additional site allowances is offered for this position.

You will play a key role in supervising daily operations, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and coordinating a team of up to 15 personnel in demanding industrial environments.

About You:

• HR Licence
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of up to 15 team members
• Experience with High Pressure Water Jetting and Vacuum Loading
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate daily work activities to meet operational and client requirements
• Maintain strong communication with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with site regulations
• Assist with operational planning and job preparation
• Support and mentor team members to maintain high performance and safety standards
