Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships Calabasas Campus
The School of Nursing (SON) at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for the Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships for its developing nursing programs, currently a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an Entry Level Master’s Degree in Nursing (ELM). The director reports to the Dean of the SON and collaborates with Associate Dean of Prelicensure Programs to lead and manage the clinical educational experiences, including placements, for all nursing programs. Director of Simulation and Skills Education Calabasas Campus
The director will report jointly to the Dean of the SON and the Dean of the CHS. The director’s primary responsibilities are directed to the SON. Program Manager, Foster Grandparent Program West LA Campus
The Program Manager is the administrative support to the Executive Director and provides compliance support for the program in order to effectively implement the Foster Grandparent Program and promote productivity within the department. Responsible for administrative capacities for over 150+ AmeriCorps Seniors, 30 station partners and, in collaboration with the Executive Director, the supervision of program staff, graduate assistants and interns. Recruiting Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Recruiting Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between students and employers. They manage and implement the CDO's semi-annual on-campus interview programs and build relationships with employers. They maintain the online jobs posting database and publish the office's external communications.
Admissions and Enrollment Specialist West LA Campus
This role is responsible for managing work flow to meet deadlines as well as maintaining and updating business processes. Ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to People Soft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and the online application system. Responsible for collecting and tracking admissions files. Creates and coordinates communication amongst students regarding admission status. Responsible for communications to US-based applicants & international prospects and students in addition to data entry and collection. Performs process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation. This role will report to the Manager of Enrollment Processing and will provide backup to the education and psychology enrollment services needs, including communicating with prospects, emailing, updating scholarship information, as well as reviewing data and achieving target enrollment goals. This position is primarily responsible for the more technical aspects of the processing role. It is vital that the person in this role be detail oriented and be able to balance their daily tasks while also seeking to improve our processes.

The Student Services Advisor is to serve as front-line representative for the OneStop department, in the Office of the Registrar. Associate Director for Title IX and Student Care Team Case Management Malibu Campus
The Associate Director for Case Management will support and supervise graduate student employees and professional staff, as needed. The Associate Director will provide overall case management support to the Title IX office and Student Care Team. This position serves as chair/co-chair of the Title IX Prevention Education Committee and assists the Title IX Case Management directors in tracking reports for Title IX. This position will assist the University Title IX Coordinator in preparing and drafting Title IX Program reports, report writing, and audit assessments, as needed.
