Responsible for collecting and tracking admissions files. Creates and coordinates communication amongst students regarding admission status. Responsible for communications to US-based applicants & international prospects and students in addition to data entry and collection. Performs process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation. This role will report to the Manager of Enrollment Processing and will provide backup to the education and psychology enrollment services needs, including communicating with prospects, emailing, updating scholarship information, as well as reviewing data and achieving target enrollment goals.
This position is primarily responsible for the more technical aspects of the processing role. It is vital that the person in this role be detail oriented and be able to balance their daily tasks while also seeking to improve our processes. |
