Job Duties
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience, preferably with Big 4 audit firm, Internal Audit, MNC or construction companies.
- Have experience in compliance or internal control areas.
- Strong compliance and control mindset and have experience in setting up internal control systems and procedures.
- Knowledge in JD Edwards system would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skill.
- Good report writing skill
- Able to work independently as well as working closely with team members.
Job Requirements
- Prepare/review policies and procedures in the finance areas and ensure these are standardized and aligned with group policies.
- Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are rolled out smoothly.
- Perform periodic check on key controls to ensure compliance, consistency and best practice are in place.
- Coordinate with Group Internal Audit to address any issue that they may have identified.
- Manage JDE and other finance systems to ensure consistency across Leighton Asia Group (excluding technical IT issues).
- Prepare documentation of the system flows and provide training to staff on JDE system.
- Provide support to business unit on the usage of JDE system.
- Manage any other matters on JDE (e.g. migration from legacy system to JDE, implementation of system upgrade, etc.)
- Provide support to the business on any ad hoc projects.
