Overview:
Student would work in the Residence Life Office and Yorktown Hall supporting current residents and answering questions for incoming freshmen students and parents.
Responsibilities:
Assist with answering phones and questions for students, lockouts, room changes, room checks while also helping with daily projects or needs in the office. Accompany staff at campus events. The learning objectives include; professional communication, project management, time management and clerical skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Student has completed at least one semester at RMU and is an RMU student. A student comfortable talking with students, parents, staff and faculty. Willing to walk around campus and has access to a car or use of RMU shuttle to go to Yorktown Hall when needed.
Academic Years Preferred: Any Academic Year Will Be Considered
Wage: 10
Wage Frequency: Hourly
