Head Women's Volleyball Coach Bethlehem
The Head Coach provides leadership and direction to all facets of the program in advancing the mission of the University and the Department of Athletics. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) teaching, tutoring, instructing or lecturing Student Athletes and other members of the Lehigh University Coaching staff. This position also includes recruitment, Student-Athlete development (including academic support), program administration and program advancement yielding agreed upon results. All activities shall be conducted within the policies and resource framework of the University, the Athletics Department, The Patriot League and the NCAA.
Coordinator, Mechanical Engineering & Mechanics Bethlehem
The Coordinator will be responsible for all Mechanical Engineering & Mechanics department functions including support of Department Chair and Associate Chair and administration and support of undergraduate program. Department functions will include tenure and promotion administration and faculty search administration as well as administrative duties that include department expenditures, ordering supplies, meeting and event coordination, submitting payroll and management of complex and confidential documents. The Senior DevOps Application Engineer engages in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of technological solutions within Library & Technology Services (LTS) to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of Lehigh University's IT infrastructure and applications. This position bridges the gap between traditional systems engineering and application development. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing systems infrastructure both on-premise and in the cloud, as well as application development. The engineer will investigate and resolve software and server issues, analyze and implement emerging technologies, enhance cybersecurity, and develop automation to support service goals. This role collaborates with other teams on application development projects, contributing expertise in system design, performance optimization, and DevOps practices. They play a vital role in maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing technology environment that meets the university's evolving needs.
Business Undergraduate Programs Coordinator Bethlehem
The Coordinator for the Lehigh Business Undergraduate office plays a pivotal role in supporting the Associate Dean, Associate Directors, and Advising Team by ensuring seamless administrative operations and student services. Executive Secretary, Development and Alumni Relations Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The Executive Secretary will provide comprehensive executive level administrative support for the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations (VP) Duties include, but are not limited to: scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. The Executive Secretary will be expected to be proactive, meet, determine and communicate deadlines, work independently on large and complex projects, from conception to completion, and be customer service oriented. The Executive Secretary will also be expected to partner and collaborate with the Executive Director, VP Operations, organizing and setting agendas for VP led meetings (including but not limited to, all staff, Executive Team, and board related meetings).
Assistant Director of First-Year Experience Partial Remote, Bethlehem
The purpose of this position is to promote retention and student success for first-year, transfer and second-year students. This position contributes to the mission and purpose of the Office of the First-Year Experience providing support and resources for the academic and social transition of new students and their families. It will utilize the department curriculum, bLUeprint, to enhance learning and development for students. This position is specifically responsible for supporting non-traditional populations of students like transfers and commuters; implementing transitional programming throughout the year; and supporting the sophomore population in scaffolded learning opportunities. Working in collaboration with Student Affairs, academic partners, and internal and external constituents, this person is responsible for program development and implementation, training and advising, assessment and evaluation as well as assisting with long-term vision and planning for the Office of First-Year Experience.
Deputy Director Iacocca Institute/Director Int'l Internships Program Bethlehem
The Deputy Director of the Iacocca Institute provides strategic leadership and operational management for a portfolio of programs, including but not limited to leading the Iacocca International Internship Program (an endowed Lehigh University flagship program). As second-in-command within the Iacocca Institute, the Deputy Director works closely with the Executive Director to set and implement goals that advance Lehigh University’s global mission. The Deputy Director supervises key staff members and is responsible for fostering partnerships, both domestically and internationally, to expand opportunities for students and elevate Lehigh University’s global presence.
