Position Number: S89240
This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770-$38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
In this vital role, you will be the face of the university's ID, Electronic Card Access, and Locksmith operations, serving as the primary point of contact for the campus community. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Issuing photo ID access cards and mobile ID credentials
• Programming access clearances for all cardholders
• Issuing physical keys and troubleshooting physical access issues
• Providing exceptional customer service to the campus community
As part of the IDEAL team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless management and distribution of all ID, electronic access systems, door locks, and physical keys across Lehigh University's campus. The ideal candidate will possess:
• High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three years of related work experience
• Prior work experience in the ID electronic access or locksmith industry or with the following Software - Ccure9000, Web TMA, Banner, Simple K, Transact
• Strong time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
