Assistant Coach, Women's Lacrosse - Join Lehigh University Athletics

About the Opportunity

Lehigh University seeks a passionate Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse to provide leadership and direction across all program facets while advancing our University and Athletics Department mission. This role offers the chance to shape student-athlete development at a prestigious institution known for academic excellence and athletic achievement.

Position Number: S99940

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $47,570-$57,090 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert sport-specific coaching and training
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top student-athletes
  • Support comprehensive student-athlete development, including academic assistance
  • Manage program administration and advancement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with University, Athletics Department, Patriot League, and NCAA policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience as a student-athlete
  • One to three years of related experience
  • NCAA Certification required
  • CPR/First Aid required
