About the Role
Provide service desk support to the business as the first point of contact for end users requiring technical guidance. Responsible for displaying a high level of customer service and problem solving in providing desktop support, user administration, new hardware and software rollouts.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Service Desk Analyst you will:
• Provide a range of support which includes specification, setting up, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines
• Provide desktop support to users and act as a go-to person for any PC related issues, including building images of PCs
• Undertake and coordinate set-up activities for information technology devices and systems and monitor their performance to limit or prevent the loss of service to end users
• Prepare the business and Information Services for the implementation of projects and new technologies and support the roll-outs as they occur
• Establish and maintain a log of issues arising related to user administration
• Document service support, where required, and ensure compliance with adopted process and guidelines
• Provide ad hoc support for project work as required
• Create and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging trends and development in support for information services
Skills & Experience
• Sound knowledge of a range of IT software applications and hardware
• A range of experience providing IT service desk support in a medium to large diverse technology-based organisations.
• Successful completion of relevant industry certification or other equivalent tertiary qualification
