The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our South Australian team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of upcoming major projects across civil infrastructure, water, defence and renewable energy sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects that shape communities and drive sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contractual management.
• Provide strategic advice on risk, cost control, and procurement.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive financial performance and reporting to meet project and business objectives.

About You

• Proven experience in commercial management within civil infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and project finance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
