JMac Constructions is the landscaping and building division of privately-owned national construction company, BMD, a fully integrated civil infrastructure group with over 45 years' experience. JMac specialises in all aspects of landscape construction including residential, commercial, industrial, public infrastructure, environmental rehabilitation and long-term care and maintenance.

JMac operates a flat management structure which results in quick and effective decision making and close interaction with senior leadership.

About the role:

• Based at JMac Constructions' office at Port of Brisbane, with regular travel to projects within the SEQ region.
• Be part of a high performing team and work alongside the industry's top performers in the delivery of public and private landscape construction and sporting facility projects.

• As an experienced Project Manager, you will form part of JMac Constructions' core leadership group and manage successful project teams through the demonstration of your excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A thorough understanding of BMD's occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements will assist your project teams to achieve our Zero Harm goal. 

To be successful in this role, you will need

• Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• A thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for landscape construction site related activities.
• Competency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and cost reporting software
• Carpentry or similar trade-based background.
