Administrative Assistant (Support) Malibu Campus
This position directly supports the academic tasks in the Fine Arts Office. The general organization, purchasing, access, scheduling, and student staff needs. This position supports faculty as they fulfill their duties to the University and students’ academic development at the undergraduate level as they explore their God-given gifts as young artists. In addition, it mentors student staff, preparing them to become servant-minded leaders in their chosen professions.
Specialist, Moving and Setup Malibu Campus
A Specialist for Moving and Setup is responsible for facilitating and managing University property, furniture, and equipment. This includes placing and arranging equipment and furniture for University moving projects and event setups. The specialist processes all surplus inventory items in the Warehouse, utilizing a computerized inventory control system to confirm receipts, issue stock, and maintain accurate records. The specialist processes surplus inventory at the Calabasas warehouse and assists with University event setups. This includes placing and arranging furniture and overseeing the services of outside vendors hired to support the events. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary. The Warehouse/Service Specialist 2 also operates Warehouse forklifts and other material handling equipment to perform duties efficiently and safely.
Manager, Financial Assistance Calabasas Campus

The Financial Assistance Administrative Coordinator manages all front desk responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to, hiring and supervising student employees (who are the primary point of contact for students, families and other departments), routing emails, incoming mail, phone calls, walk-in traffic, scheduling appointments and assisting students and families with appeals. This position serves as a front-line ambassador, upholding the University mission through work performed, warmly welcoming students, community members and guests, and providing directional information as needed. As a member of Pepperdine's Transit team, the Shuttle Driver will be one of the first, and most regular, faces interacting with our passengers. There will be occasions on which departments within the University will request off-campus special events that will require shuttle services. The incumbent will be expected to reflect Pepperdine's high customer service standards with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
