Join a team that makes a difference every day - right on the shores of beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene. North Idaho College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veteran Resource Center Advisor to support our veteran and military-connected students on their academic journeys. This role is all about student success: you'll provide one-on-one academic advising, connect students to campus and community resources, and serve as a strong advocate for those who have served our country.

We're looking for someone who understands the unique challenges veterans face in higher education and has the ability to guide students with empathy and purpose. Your work will include coordinating with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting benefit eligibility processes, and helping students stay on track with their academic and career goals. You'll be expected to navigate the complexities of VA programs, present and communicate clearly, and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years full-time equivalent related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 

Starting pay range: $43,250 - $51,900

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule:
typical college schedule is Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
