E-Vigilation Supervisor Main campus - Malaysia
The e-Vigilation Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the University’s eExams. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to maintaining the integrity of online exam delivery, online supervision of students attempting eExams, and providing tier-one technical support as required. The e-Vigilation Supervisor is the primary point of contact for students during their examinations and is expected to offer timely professional advice and first-level technical support, ensuring a smooth and efficient e-Exam experience.
Learning Hub Support Specialist Main campus - Malaysia HEW 5
The Learning Hub Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day activities of all learning spaces, meeting rooms, and video conferencing spaces run smoothly. The incumbent will be well versed in audio-visual technology and have a good level of networking and problem solving skills. The incumbent is expected to be able to identify and solve any problems related to learning spaces, meeting rooms, and video conferencing spaces, escalating issues if necessary. The incumbent is required to continuously handle support tickets as well as perform preventive maintenance on all these spaces. The incumbent will also assist the FM operations team, providing secondary business support for other FM services through the FM helpdesk. The incumbent will also be assisting with the administration of purchase requisitions and purchase orders through the procurement system. The Learning Hub Support Specialist is expected to offer advice and recommendations on AV solutions, identifying opportunities, risks, and issues before they occur. This position requires a strong understanding of technology and effective communication skills.
Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business) Main campus - Malaysia Level C
A Level B/C education-focused academic is expected to make contributions to the teaching effort of the university and to carry out activities to maintain and develop her/his scholarly, research and/or professional activities relevant to the profession or discipline. The academic will be responsible in teaching and administration of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education programs in the area of Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business within the School. The academic will also be responsible for undertaking activities that maintain and develop scholarly research and the professional activities that are related to the discipline. The role contributes primarily to teaching of Management, Social Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Digital and International Business related units at undergraduate and graduate levels and conducting competitive industry focused research on business. The areas of interest include but are not limited to human resource management, organisational behavior, strategic management, international management, organisational change, digital business and business sustainability.
