Senior Advisor Employee Communications

About the role:
Are you a strategic thinker who knows how to translate business goals into impactful communication? We’re looking for a communications professional who thrives on building strong partnerships, uncovering high-value opportunities, and driving measurable outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to align communications activity with corporate strategy—bringing clarity, purpose and impact to everything you deliver.
More specifically, you will:
- Build trusted relationships and credibility with internal business partners & executives to understand their goals and challenges.
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs to align communications activity with strategic priorities.
- Proactively uncover communications needs and identify opportunities where communications can drive measurable business value.
- Identify key drivers of corporate strategy and connect them to high-impact communication opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive communications plans that clearly link activities to desired business outcomes.
- Produce content including and not limited to written communications on behalf of senior executives, intranet articles, social media posts & town hall presentations.
- Align communications calendars and activities to business objectives, ensuring clear purpose and strategic alignment.
- Continuously evaluate progress against objectives, adjusting tactics as needed to maximise impact.
- Identify and report on outcome-focused metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and business contribution of communications.
About You:
- Degree in communications/journalism/public relations/media studies or business-related discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience in Financial Services (desired)
- 10 years+ communications experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of communications principles, best practice and emerging trends and technologies.
