As a CTP Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers that have been injured in a motor vehicle accident. No two days are the same and you will be the ‘helping hand’ to guide our customers through the claims process as they recovery from their injuries.
The start date for the role will be in July 2025.
Your duties will include:
· Managing day to day tasks in a portfolio of claims, including regular contact with our customers
· Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders (including medical professionals)
· Gathering information to be able to make informed decisions
· Reviewing medical documentation and making proactive decisions for treatment
· Contacting customer to deliver decisions throughout the life of the claim
· Maintaining strong compliance requirements for both internal and external audits
About You
· Proactive mindset and ability to prioritise work with autonomy
· Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
· Strong customer service focus and great phone manner
· Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
· Resilient, confident and willing to learn in a continuous changing environment
· Ability to manage in a fast paced and high-volume space
· Previous Personal Insurance or Insurance Industry experience is desirable but not essential
