The Opportunity
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance education? Monash University is seeking a dedicated Assessment Systems Administrator to provide top-tier technical services and support for our eAssessment and eVigilation platforms.
In this role you will:
- Deliver timely and accurate technical support for online assessment platforms.
- Resolve issues such as service interruptions, system faults, and access requests.
- Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and ensure high levels of customer service.
- Uphold service standards, including prompt issue resolution and adherence to privacy and compliance requirements.
- Development and maintenance of automated processes using Python/Java scripting, SQL reports, or Selenium automation.
- Provide specialist advice and support to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage data input and analysis, ensuring effective security and distribution of records.
- Design and test improvements to service practices and platform functionality.
- Foster effective working relationships to support service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent administration and organizational skills.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in process automation or DevOps capabilities.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, especially Moodle.
