Your role within the team
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Activation Coordinator to play a key role in bringing our sales activations to life. Acting as the operational backbone of the Sales Activation function, you’ll ensure all point-of-sale (POS) and event materials are delivered accurately, on time, and ready for flawless execution in market. In this role, you’ll coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to keep everything running smoothly. Your ability to stay across the detail while juggling multiple priorities will enable the broader sales and activation team to execute with confidence, consistency, and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
-
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of point-of-sale (POS) materials across channels, including managing briefs, forecasting quantities, tracking timelines, maintaining stock visibility, and overseeing distribution logistics.
-
Support the execution of sales events, conferences, and activations through effective logistical coordination, material preparation, supplier liaison, and timeline management.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers for POS orders, stock on hand, delivery status, and activation materials to ensure clear visibility and accountability.
-
Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to coordinate across sales teams, marketing, agencies, warehouses, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
Desired Skills & Experience
We look for people who have what it takes to make an impact; who can challenge us to go further while pushing themselves to deliver exciting & ambitious results.
To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:
-
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, commerce, business, or a related discipline are preferred (not essential), with additional familiarity in GS1, barcoding, or product data management considered an advantage.
-
Working knowledge of inventory management, logistics, or supply chain processes, with experience in FMCG, Health & Wellness, Pharmaceutical, or similar environments highly regarded.
-
Experience supporting sales or activation teams with administrative and coordination activities, ensuring materials, information, and logistics are delivered accurately and on time.
-
Proven ability to coordinate POS, promotional, or event materials, working with suppliers, agencies, warehouses, and internal teams to manage timelines, quantities, and delivery requirements.
-
High attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records, reports, and trackers across stock, orders, delivery status, and campaign materials.
-
Confident communicator and reliable point of contact for stakeholders, with the ability to respond promptly, manage expectations, and escalate issues when required.
-
Background in sales operations, sales support, activation, or coordination roles, with a focus on execution, administration, and delivery.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to manage trackers, reporting, presentations, and operational documentation.
