As the primary point of contact for our diverse campus community, you'll manage and distribute comprehensive ID and electronic access systems. Your responsibilities include issuing photo ID access cards and mobile credentials, programming access clearances for faculty, staff, students, visitors, and contractors, managing physical key distribution, and troubleshooting access-related issues. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the safety and security of our beautiful Bethlehem campus.

This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770-$38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
• Responds to various inquiries, requiring a working knowledge of ID, Electronic Card Access, and Locksmith policies and procedures.
• Works with management and locksmiths to ensure any and all changes made in the field are documented properly in all areas.
• Assists students/parents/faculty/staff with understanding ID, Electronic Card Access, and Locksmith policies and procedures.
• Assists customers in person, over the phone, and via email, to troubleshoot key and access issues.
• Monitors usage/operation of common office equipment, troubleshoots routine problems, and arranges for service.
• Assists other staff with daily operations, workloads, and special projects as needed.
• Creates, edits, and closes work orders in TMA software required to respond to requests for Electronic Card Access and Locksmith.
• Enters or downloads files to update patron information in various software programs.
• Verifies that individuals are eligible to obtain an ID/Access Control card.
• Coordinates, with various departments, the distribution of specific program and event ID cards.
• Distributes academic building and room keys to vendors, faculty, staff and students with proper ID and authorization; keeps ample supply on hand for distribution.
• Processes invoices and purchases for the IDEAL Department.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile OneCard transactions.
• Processes fees for replacement ID cards and Access Control keys.
• Maintains files and documentation related to financial activities of the IDEAL Department.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• One to three years of related work experience
• Prior work experience in the ID electronic access or locksmith industry or with the following Software - Ccure9000, Web TMA, Banner, Simple K, Transact
• Strong time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach
• Able to handle multiple projects and assignments concurrently
• Detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to effectively interact with a diverse team of people and to deal with a fast paced work environment.
• Proficient in Gmail, Word, Excel, Adobe
