• Develop and implement commercial strategies for large-scale projects
• Lead contract negotiations and manage risk across all project phases
• Ensure compliance with head contract obligations and legal requirements
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, and accurate financial reporting
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Mentor and develop the commercial team to achieve organisational goals

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualification in business, law, quantity surveying or related discipline
• Extensive experience in commercial management within the construction sector
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage complex contractual matters
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• High-level analytical and financial acumen
